1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Tripizy, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use Tripizy for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
• Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on Tripizy
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

3. Credits and Refunds

Credits purchased on Tripizy are non-refundable but never expire. Each travel plan generation costs 100 credits. Credits cannot be transferred between accounts.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Content and Intellectual Property

All content generated by Tripizy, including itineraries, is provided for personal use only. The AI-generated content is based on publicly available information and should be verified before use.

6. Limitation of Liability

Tripizy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of Tripizy after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
